In “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World,” Scott learns the hard way that a faint heart never won a fair lady when he finds out that he must battle the 7 Evil Exes of the object of his affection, Ramona Flowers. As if he didn’t have his hands full already, we’re challenging you to create Ramona’s 8th Evil Ex! Is this person a lady or a gentleman? Does this nefarious Evil Ex plan to kick Scott’s butt with a sword, brass knuckles, or mystical lightning powers? Cause as much trouble as you can for our hero and show us an 8th Evil Ex who is a force to be reckoned with!

Your tools: The epic art supplies of your choice. Pencil? Mouse? Watercolor? A giant mallet with paint on the end of it? Knock yourself out! Okay, poor choice of words. Go nuts.

Hey Guys- so Tom Corbett #3 dropped yesterday- I’m totally wrapped up with that series- hurray!   I just wrapped up a 3 piece commission and as a cool off piece, I wanted to show some of my creator owned stuff. This is Raiko, one of the characters in my japanese – inspired fairy tale- for Kids…  The posing seems a little off, but this isn’t going to be used for anything special.  Done in Illustrator CS3 in about an hour.

Hey guys- in stores this week was the second issue of Tom Corbett Space Cadet… You grab yo’ copy, yet? Sorry I haven’t been posting much art- i’m wrapping up the last issue right now and once this is done I’ve got something special in the works.

So I got home a little late today, and had an email from a buddy of mine asking me if I could possibly do a pinup in an upcoming Arcana book- Coin Operated Boy. So I cranked this one out, kind of a rush, but I really dig these robot kids. hope you do too.
