Ewwwwwww! Ironic, since growing up my Dad used to feed me eggs and "sausage" for breakfast. My brother always turned his nose up at it and would refuse to eat it. I didn't find out until my 20s that Dad's "sausage" was pork brains. Mmmmm, tastes like sausage.
