So, I decided to surprise my wife with a family portrait- I really suck at capturing likeness, but this is still just a WIP. I'll keep posting my progress on this one, but don't expect the finished one before her birthday next month.
oh yeah, I realize I broke my kid's arm in this drawing... that'll get fixed.

Nice, John! I haven't met your wife or son but that definitely looks like you. So I guess this means your wife never comes to this site huh?

Thanks guys- it's definitely a fun piece. OH Rich- She's seen this much. I'm going to take this to the lightbox to set up my colors, so I don't mind her seeing the beginning stages.. :)
